Frequently Asked Questions

Who is State Advantage for Teams for?
State Advantage for Teams is designed for leadership teams and groups operating in demanding environments where pressure, cognitive load and recovery directly affect performance.
What happens during the experience?
Participants are introduced to the relationship between physiological state and performance, guided through breath-based regulation, and given an opportunity to work with controlled challenge in a facilitated environment. The experience closes with structured reflection and application to real team contexts.
Is cold exposure required?
Cold exposure is used as a controlled challenge, but participation is never forced. Safety, individual agency and appropriate adaptation take priority.
How is this different from a corporate wellness activity?
The experience is not designed as a perk or relaxation activity. It uses embodied practice to make the relationship between state, pressure, attention and recovery directly observable, then connects that experience back to how people operate at work.
Is the experience available online?
State Advantage for Teams is primarily an in-person intervention because controlled challenge and the shared physical experience are central to the format.
Are there health considerations?
Yes. Breathwork and cold exposure have contraindications and are not appropriate for every participant or medical context. Participants receive clear safety information and alternatives where appropriate.
